No more excuses.... we want You to Do Yoga!
This workshop is specifically designed for those who "have been thinking about trying yoga", or "wanting to start doing yoga", but need a little boost to make the leap to action. We are removing the most common obstacles/excuses:
Excuse: I'm not flexible....
Excuse removal: You don't need to be, this is a workshop for beginners, and in the beginning, no one is flexible. We will develop flexibility with time and practice.
Excuse: I'm so out of shape....
Excuse removal: That is why you should do this, it's time to take action!
Excuse: I'll be the only one there who does not know what's going on....
Excuse removal: You will be surrounded by people who have never done yoga before! Most of the people here won't know what they're doing at first, we'll fix that.
Excuse: I'm nervous/self-conscious about people judging my ability....
Excuse removal: Again, this is a workshop specifically directed towards people who are new to yoga. There will be lots of students like you and three professional yoga instructors. No one will be judging you.

Yin yoga seminars– Yin yoga is simple enough that students can learn the fundamental of the practice in a relatively short time. A workshop could be as short as two or three hours, but could also present more detailed information and several practice sessions of greater depth over the course of a weekend seminar.
Meditation workshops– We have experience teaching meditation in a variety of formats. A single two to three hour seminar can be a great way to introduce students to several useful techniques to add to their own home practice, or an extended series of lessons over time can help students develop their personal practice under the guidance of an experienced teacher.
