















James Brouillard, has his associates degree in integrative medical massage and is state medical board certified. James received his 200 hour yoga teaching certificate at You Do Yoga’s first Taoist Teacher Training. He is also a gifted healer, a certified Reiki master teacher, and certified aroma therapist. James began a consistent yoga practice with Matt Eshleman in 2008 at Cincinnati State while earning his degree. His yoga interests reside in a more Yin approach including some dynamic flowing Yang practice and an emphasis in energy (prana), and meditation. James is available for appointments for massage and Reiki treatments, and will also be doing Reiki attunements. Nicole Capobianco has been practicing Yoga since her first trip to India in 1988. Her teaching career now encompasses 10 years in the Vinyasa style. Her career now spans both east and west coasts, having instructed for the United States Marine Corps in San Diego and the Himalayan Institute in NYC. Nicole teaches with an eye towards a creative approach that draws from the many variations on Yoga style and philosophy. Sandi Carpenter attended her first yoga class in 2000. She was hooked from the beginning, and she eventually obtained her 200 hour certification. Patrick Murphy Welage is a Certified Laughter Yoga teacher, who has trained with Dr. Madan Kataria, Steve Wilson, and Sebastien Gendry. He has given Laughter Yoga classes, workshops, and retreats in some of the 44 countries where he has traveled and/or lived, including Ireland, Italy, India, Thailand, Ghana, Zambia, South Africa, Australia, and the United Sates! Gina Schroth started dancing as a young child studying Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Samba - and later as an adult studing Tribal and Middle Eastern belly dancing, Swing and Latin ballroom. She is also a graduate of the first ever Taoist yoga teacher training here at You Do Yoga! After being diagnosed with anxiety disorder as a young teen, Gina came to practicing yoga as a holistic means of treatment. After a hard pregnancy and the birth that left her bed ridden for several months, dance and yoga became more of a lifestyle than hobbie, carrying her through the successful loss of almost 100 pounds! Gina loves studing culture, spirituality, dance, fitness and family. Gina draws from experiences in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Kriya yoga, as well as the recent Taoist Yoga training.
Jennifer Thompson's desire to explore deeper levels of consciousness led to her passion for an active Yoga practice. Her classes offer more challenge and fresh approaches to poses and flow with an emphasis on intention, breath, and core stability. She combines Ashtanga, Taoist, and Yin sequences for a balanced practice. She is also influenced by her ongoing studies in Taoist Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Karate, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and metaphysics. Jennifer earned her RYT200 at You Do Yoga.
Grace Gravelle - Despite Grace’s active childhood in snowy Maine, she suffered from frequent back pain and was eventually diagnosed with scoliosis. Her cousin invited her to a yoga class in 2004. She began practicing regularly and was thrilled to find relief from her back pain as the muscles supporting her spine gained strength and flexibility. In 2005 she studied with established teachers Baron Baptiste, Seane Corn, and Jimmy Barkan at The Omega Institute. Following her bliss, she finally embraced her passion and trained to become a Registered Yoga Teacher in February 2009. She creates a joyful yoga community, encouraging her students to safely play on their mats with awareness and self love.
Christine MacConnell, RYT-200hr has been practicing yoga steadily since 2000, focusing on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga. Teaching and subbing since 2006, in 2008, she received her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Certification from It’s Yoga-Cincinnati, and she is a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She currently teaches in several diverse studios and clubs, with a wide range of students, from beginner to more advanced levels. In addition to yoga, MacConnell is a freelance writer with a master’s degree in creative writing, and she yearns to bring this creativity and passion into her teaching style. Combining a sense of hope, awareness, self-refection, and strength, when teaching, she hopes to help others on the path of individual growth, paying attention to the whole being— mind, body, and spirit.
Julianna Bloodgood found yoga after studying dance for 20 years. Her work as an actress has led to a deep curiosity of the human body and it's full potential of expression and creation. Yoga has been her abiding grace over the past 8 years and a constant source of inspiration, comfort, energy and a peace offering a foundation for life. She is honored to be able to share her profound experience with yoga to others and hopes to give all of her students an opportunity to conect to themselves on a deeper level.
