Dave Magliano is the Head Instructor for the Seiki Martial Arts club.  Mr. Magliano began martial arts training with the study of Wu Shu Kung Fu in 1983.  After joining the military in 1985 he had the opportunity to study and obtain black belt ranks in various disciplines such as Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Japanese Ju Jutsu and Aikido.  Mr. Magliano spent the majority of his 20-year military career in the United States, as well as an extended tour in Misawa, Japan.  Aside from training in traditional martial arts dojos, Mr. Magliano also spent a great deal of time teaching classes on military bases.  This gave him the opportunity to train with soldiers and airmen who have used many of these skills in combat situations.  These experiences had a profound impact on Mr. Magliano’s martial arts philosophy which includes the importance of physical fitness, simplicity and reality-based training.  For more information about our martial arts program, visit www.SeikiMartialArts.com
